用料

普通面粉 300g

温水 180g

酵母 3g

五花肉或后腿肉 500g左右

做法步骤

1、五花肉或后腿肉一块（五花肉更香哦，因为家里有个不爱吃肥肉的，所以选的瘦点的肉）

2、切大块

3、放开水中煮一会，把水倒掉，冲洗干净。放入高压锅，重新倒入干净水刚没过肉就可以。

4、放几个白煮蛋，跟肉肉一块卤出来的卤蛋真有香巴佬卤蛋的味道哦。高压锅煮20分钟关火，不要开盖，闷一夜味道更香。（老公儿子每次闻着肉香入睡都觉说的好饿）

5、放入葱、姜、花椒、八椒、冰糖、盐、老抽、生抽。喜欢大料口味重的可以再放点草果、桂皮、香叶等，我家有孩子不愿放太多大料就简单点，味道也很棒。

6、水不用太多，不太能漫过肉就可以了，我这次水加的有点多。

7、面粉加酵母和成光滑面团，盖保鲜膜醒发，正常白吉馍半发就可以。我是晚上发好早上用就放冰箱冷藏醒发，不然第2天早上就发太大了

8、发酵好的面团。
